This personalised experience is designed to teach you techniques to soothe, settle and connect with your baby by using the gift of touch. Through gentle guidance, you will learn how to ease your baby's discomfort, promote relaxation and foster bonding in a way that feels intuitive and natural. I will work with you to create a safe space where you can tune into your baby's cues, strengthening the beautiful connection between you and your baby. Together, we will focus on empowering you with confidence and encourage your journey into intuitive parenting. We will then cover the gift of touch, starting with Legs & Feet. WEEK 2- Tummy: How to use techniques on babies tummy, to relieve discomfort of trapped wind, constipation and other digestive complaints. GREAT for colicky babies. WEEK 3- Arms & Chest: Boosting circulation & lymphatic drainage aiding healthy immune systems.
